A lot to unpack in this weeks newsletter! We will take a look at the upcoming Beam NFT Marketplace V2 release, along with a couple of standout projects building NFT communities on Beam. With the V2 release around the corner, what better time to dive in!?
NFT Marketplace V2
The Beam NFT Marketplace V2 is right around the corner! It is gearing up as we speak to be released, expected in the next week or two. The Beam NFT Marketplace V2 will come packed with added features, IPFS integration, and the ability to for users to mint NFTs themselves. This V2 will bring with it a great next step in the world of Confidential NFTs. More improvements are on the way to better handle filtering and caching, and providing an overall faster user experience. Although a huge step forward, we won’t be stopping at V2, and will be looking for community input and feedback post launch for future iterations.
One of the amazing things to come out of the Beam NFTs is the building of communities around the Confidential NFTs. Let us take a look at a couple that had big announcements in the last week!
Beam Bots
The Beam Bots are taking the community by storm, with good vibes and huge contributions for the community. Great to see them pushing awareness on privacy, bolstering an inclusive community, and contributing guides to help out those new to Beam. Love to see it!
The Beam Bots crew recently released their Light Paper, outlining their ambitions to in building a community-governed, decentralised and confidential NFT ecosystem. This outlines everything from the different Beam Bot models, the mint schedule, and the token economy for their $BB token. Speaking of which…
Last week was a big one for the Beam Bots, with the launch of their $BB Confidential Asset. If you haven’t already, check out the website, follow them on Twitter, and show some love!
Confidential Numbers
The next project is Confidential Numbers, after all, without numbers where would crypto be!? And what better numbers than those of the confidential persuasion.
The Confidential Numbers crew has also contributed to the overall vibes of the Beam ecosystem, active in the community, and contributing with their insights and knowledge on not only Beam, but the wider crypto and privacy space.
The last week they dropped their Confidential Numbers White Paper, outlining what they are all about and where they are headed. Check it out!
It is an absolute pleasure to see all of the projects both building out, and bettering the \Beam ecosystem. A trend that shall only grow from here. Keep up the great work!
Beam Space
The Beam Space was back this week as took a dive into the latest happening in Web3 and a look at the latest approaches to scalability!
