Beam Biweekly Newsletter—November 2024 Ed. #2: Beam Bridge to ???
Covering November 15th - November 30th
Greetings Beamers!
Presenting the Beam Bi-weekly Newsletter—November 2024 Ed.#2, covering all the latest developments in the Beam ecosystem from November 15th - November 30th.
Development Updates
Our developers are building the Beam Bridge to Arbitrum — the 7th biggest blockchain by total value locked with over USD$3.1 billion TVL and 3rd biggest by number of protocols (as of publishing).
With EVM-compatibility coming soon™, this will make Beam the de-facto private-by-default gateway for Arbitrum, and bring additional liquidity to the Beam ecosystem.
We continue to make strides on EVM-integration — This will allow Ethereum DApps to make their way to Beam.
We’ve been cooking the Beam Bridge Software Development Kit (SDK) for a while now — This will enable Web3 developers to build their own Bridge dApp to EVM-supported chains like Binance Smart Chain, Avalanche, Solana, and more.
We continue to make progress on updating the QT framework that powers the UI for Beam Wallet.
